MFP-BT_How-Learn-Regulate-Emotions-3_AI am getting so big! Sometimes it might be hard to remember that I am still little, and still learning how to control my emotions. I need to learn how to regulate my emotions in order to follow rules and understand limits. I started learning how to calm myself when I was born and I will continue learning this throughout my life. I learn about controlling my emotions through my interactions with you, through my interactions with other loving adults, and through my interactions with my friends. I am much better now than I was when I was a baby, but I haven’t totally mastered it yet. I will still have a hard time when I am feeling mad, sad, or frustrated.
