Now that I’m two, I’m probably sleeping through the night on almost all nights and taking 1 – 2 short naps during the day. You might see that’s it’s a lot harder to get me to fall asleep, especially for naptimes. I’m so busy, and I really don’t’ want to miss anything while I’m asleep! Be patient and be consistent with my routines – even if say I’m not tired or that I don’t want to go to sleep. Nap time rituals, just like bedtime rituals, will help me transition to sleep.
