As I’ve gotten older, my sleep has probably become a little easier to predict. I’m probably sleeping mostly through the night now and have a couple of naps each day that happen at around the same time. It might be tempting to try and keep me to one nap per day, especially if I’m sleeping less than 8 hours each night. Please let me take my nap! Eventually I’ll be able to stay asleep longer, but right now, I’m not quite ready. Make sure to pay attention to my energy and how I am feeling so that I can have the healthy sleep I need.
