I’m so new to this world, and it might be surprising how sleepy I am! In these first few months, I will spend most of my time asleep, and even when I am awake, there will be times when I’m less active. This is completely normal! Just spend time paying attention to my energy and moods – if it seems like I need to rest, then lay me down on my back in a safe area to see if I fall asleep. I might need extra help falling asleep and my sleep schedule might seem like it’s constantly changing. As I get older, when I sleep will become more predictable.
